Questions about working with us
What does a typical engagement look like?
Most projects start with a short discovery phase to understand the workflow and data, followed by a prototype tested on a sample of your data. If the results meet the agreed criteria, we move to a full build and deployment. We work on fixed-scope or time-and-materials terms, agreed before work starts.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
No. Much of our work adds AI features to software you already run — through APIs, plugins, background services or new screens — so your team keeps the tools it knows.
Which AI models do you use?
We choose per use case. Options include hosted models from major providers, open-source models run in your own environment, and models fine-tuned on your data. We compare options on accuracy, cost, speed and data-handling requirements during the prototype stage.
Can you work with sensitive or health data?
Yes. Healthcare is our specialist sector. We agree data-handling, access controls, hosting location and logging with you at the start of a project and work with your compliance team on the requirements that apply to you. We don’t certify compliance on your behalf.
Who owns the code and models?
Ownership of the code, prompts, evaluation sets and any model weights we build for you is agreed in the statement of work, subject to the licences of any third-party models or components used.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We have delivered projects for clients in the United States and Portugal, and we work remotely across time zones from our base in Gurugram.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. Agencies and software consultancies can bring us in to deliver the AI part of a client project. See agency partnerships.
